RETURN POLICY
𓂅 We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds after an order is confirmed. All sales are final.
𓂅 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
𓂅 We do our best to ensure the products are shipped in good condition, however, if you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us ASAP and email to info@dcm.hk within 7 days with photo proof.
𓂅 It is required to return the damaged/wrong items to us in order to receive a replacement.
DCM reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of DCM shall be final.
